Dugout is currently in beta testing. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without notice. We provide no guarantees about availability, uptime, or data retention during the beta period. We may discontinue the beta at any time.

Dugout helps grassroots football coaches coordinate match and training availability, generate WhatsApp messages, and manage squad logistics. Parents and guardians interact with Dugout via RSVP links to confirm their child's availability for sessions.

• Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of player rosters and session details they enter.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for responding accurately to availability requests.
• By using an RSVP link, you represent that you are the child's parent, guardian, or an authorised representative acting on their behalf.
• You must not use Dugout for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users or the service.
• Coaches must not upload content to AI parsing features that they do not have the right to share.

Your use of Dugout is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Dugout and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Richard Murphy trading as Dugout. You retain ownership of any data you provide (player names, session details, availability responses).

Dugout is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed matches, incorrect availability data, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated via the application or by email where possible. Continued use of Dugout after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
